Quiz: Do You Know About The Official Languages Of The World?

You’ve probably heard about official languages before, but do you really know about them?
Two light up globes representing the official language quiz

You might know that the official language of France is French and the official language of Spain is Spanish (which, yes, does seem a bit obvious). Do you know how an official language is chosen, though? What about its primary purpose? What can seem like a straightforward concept actually has quite a bit of complexity to it. In fact, there are even two different kinds of official language.

With that in mind, we assembled this quiz to test your knowledge of the official languages of the world. It’s a mix of questions about the concept of official languages, and also the specific languages used in certain countries (sadly, none of the questions are as easy as knowing German is the language of Germany). Best of luck!
