Babbel GmbH | Group Plan | Applicability of End User Terms

For the avoidance of doubt, the Babbel End User Terms and Clause 14 thereof shall apply to the purchase of a Group Plan; provided, however, that with respect to such plans, Clause 14.2 shall be amended to read as follows: 

14.2 When you place an Order for a Multi-User-Plan that is confirmed by Babbel, you are the user holding the contractual relationship with Babbel in relation to the specific Service (“Primary User”). Upon confirmation of the Order, you may invite one or more additional users via email to join your Multi-User-Plan. This person or persons, upon registering with their own User Account, is entitled to use the specific Service subject to the Multi-User-Plan to the same extent as the Primary User (“Secondary User”), unless otherwise stipulated in the Order. The Primary User may, in its discretion, add or remove the Secondary User(s) from the Multi-User-Plan at any time. You may still place an Order for a Multi-User-Plan as a Primary User or join a Multi-User-Plan as a Secondary User if you use an existing Subscription-based Paid Service; provided, however, that in the case that you cancel your Subscription-based Paid Service to place an Order for or join a Multi-User-Plan, Babbel will not issue a refund, including for any unused portion of the Initial Service Term or the Renewal Service Term, as applicable.
