The starting point to make yourself understood: learn how to greet people in Polish and introduce yourself, ask others how they are and where they come from and tell them how you are and where you come from. Learn the names of some typical Polish dishes and how to order food and drinks. You'll be led step by step through vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. This course is based on a beginner's level of language learning. Here you will learn the nominative case.
The next steps: talk about nationality and family, and say what your job is. Learn how to shop at the market, how to dictate your phone number and how to describe the character of other people. This course is based on a beginner's level of language learning, and you will learn the instrumental case.
With Beginner's Course 3, you will expand your vocabulary in various different topics such as language proficiency, age, eating habits and clothes. In the dialogues you will learn the practical application and rules of Polish in many different everyday situations. This course is based on a beginner's level of language learning, and here the accusative case is introduced.
In Beginner's Course 4 you'll learn how to navigate different kinds of conversations: small talk, describing the weather, plans for the week, specifying colors, and exchanging technical equipment. You'll learn all the verbal expressions, grammar, and pronunciation necessary to obtain a beginner/upper beginner level of Polish language skills. The emphasis of this course is on the genitive case.
In Beginner's Course 5, you'll expand your Polish vocabulary on topics such as city life, travel, and free time. You'll learn how to make your way around the city, describe your apartment, refer to taking public transport, tell time, and explain what you do in your free time. The language and grammar in this course correspond to an advanced beginner's level. The locative case is also introduced in this course.
