You can simply cancel your membership by email at any time by writing to sales@en.babbel.com or by sending us a short message using the "Feedback" option on the message page in Babbel itself;

When you subscribe to Babbel, your subscription will be automatically renewed until you choose to cancel. To cancel a paid subscription, you need only send us a short message using the "Feedback" option within Babbel itself, or an email. The important thing to remember is that this should be done before the date when the next payment is due. You will, of course, continue to have access to the learning packages until the period already paid for expires.
